By accessing Unlimited Data GH, creating a reseller account, or purchasing mobile data bundles, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring recipient phone numbers are correctly formatted and active on the designated telecommunications network (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo).
All deposits made to your Unlimited Data GH wallet are used for purchasing data bundles and services. Wallet balances are non-refundable cash out except for order refunds due to system delivery failures.
In the event that an order fails or cannot be delivered by telecom providers, your account balance will be automatically credited with the exact transaction value.
While we maintain 99.9% uptime, telecom network maintenance or carrier downtime may occasionally cause brief processing delays beyond our control.
